Orders must be placed by 1pm for next day delivery, otherwise they will be dispatched on the following day.

If you require a delivery for Monday and the address is outside of London, we must receive the order by 1pm on Friday.



You will be held responsible for supplying correct delivery details, i.e full name of the recipient, complete address including postcode, and telephone number of the recipient. If the details given are incorrect or incomplete, we will not accept responsibility for failed delivery. No refunds for goods or delivery will be given.


We will always attempt to deliver your order on the specified date. If the recipient is not at home, our courier will leave a card to let them know that their gift has been left in a safe place (i.e. with a neighbour), or to request that they call to arrange an alternative delivery time and date. There will be a re-delivery charge of £10.00 after two failed attempts to deliver your order.


Substitution Policy


We will always endeavour to supply our hampers exactly as seen on this site. However, occasionally we may have to substitute wine or certain items contained in our hampers due to lack of availability. The items substituted will be of the same quality and value.


Licensing Act


With reference to the licensing act of 1964 and 1976 it is an offence for people under the age of 18 to purchase alcohol.


International orders



European Union and countries delivered through the EU

We have temporarily paused all shipping to the following EU countries and European countries delivered through the EU: 

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Isle of Man, Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Liechtenstein, San Marino, Vatican City.



There are no limitations shipping to these European countries: 

Channel Islands, Norway, Switzerland, Andorra, Monaco.




Canada & United States of America.




Caribbean & South America, Asia, Africa, Oceania.


Please note, we are unable to deliver alcohol-hampers or hampers containing alcohol, aerosols, perfumes or aftershaves and nail varnish, polish or gel to addresses outside the UK.

Returns and Refunds

If you are unhappy with your unused items, please return it within 14 days for an exchange or refund, by the original method of payment.


Unfortunately we are unable to exchange or refund personalised items, special orders, food and beverage gifts, except if the item is faulty. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be complete. 


Seasonal gifts such as Christmas gifts etc cannot be refunded after the occasion has passed.

Items Damaged in Transit 


If you have received a hamper or gift box and the contents have been damaged in transit, we will exchange the damaged items without charge to you provided you return the damaged item(s) to us at our expense or send us photographic evidence of the damage where a return is not possible. 


Defective Items


You have the right to return a faulty item within 14 days.


Failed Deliveries


Every effort must be made by the recipient to arrange re-delivery of  a gift if they are not home to take receipt of the delivery.  Either ourselves or the courier company will leave a  calling card giving contact information to rearrange delivery or that the gift has been left in a secure safe place.  If the recipient fails to contact either ourselves or the courier company, this may result in the gift being returned to Noah and Lara after a period of time.  A refund will not be offered in this case.  Refunds cannot be offered on seasonal gifts that are returned back from the courier company due to non collection/re-delivery from the recipient.
